Nahem 'Woz' Simon
Chief Executive Officer
Nahem Simon is currently Beer Director for the nationally renowned Jack Rose Dining Saloon in Washington, DC where he hand built a revolutionary draft system, quickly cultivating a highly respected and competitive beer program. His draft abilities, fuelled by an obsessive attention to detail and self confessed OCD, are recognized across the beer industry where he is known as DC’s “Draft Whisperer”. As one of the leading proponents and innovators for draft beverage systems both nationally and abroad, Nahem will stop at nothing to ensure his systems “properly represent the hard work, history, and quality of body and flavor that the brewers and brewery owners would expect at their own breweries.”
Thaddus 'Tad' Dmuchowski
Chief Operating Officer
Tad Dmuchowski is from the south side of Chicago but relocated to the North West quadrant of DC. He spent years in the Medical field and multiple tours in the Military. After spending several years as a personal security Medic for First Cavalry Division out of Ft Hood Texas, was sent to Landstuhl Germany before returning to the US. Tad eventually found his second passion in the craft beer world and has held senior positions in such impressive Washington, DC establishments as the Bier Baron and City Tap House.

Sean Ryan is from Prince George’s County, Maryland. Between starting his restaurant career at Franklin’s Restaurant, Brewery, & General Store & family ties to Dogfish Head, he became fascinated by beer & spirits at a young age. Years later, Sean joined Nahem at Jack Rose Dining Saloon where he shared Nahem’s passion for innovative draft systems and liquid delivery systems. Sean is well respected in the DC craft beer scene as spends much of time behind the sticks at local favorite Boundary Stone.

Mick Nardelli works is founder of The Nardelli Group where he advises clients in government and public relations. Mick is known as “The Craft Beer Lobbyist” for his work on behalf of the industry within the halls of Congress, and he is a past co-chair of DC Beer Week and active member of the Brewers of Pennsylvania and the DC Brewers Guild. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Mick has an undergraduate degree from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and a Master’s Degree in Philosophy and Social Policy from the George Washington University.

A Washington-area native, Bill’s family opened its first restaurant in Washington DC in the late 1800’s and he resurrected his family’s passion for hospitality in the 1990s. He currently owns and operates two successful restaurants and bars in Washington DC. His most recent restaurant, Jack Rose Dining Saloon, opened in 2011 and quickly became one of America’s hottest dining and drinking destinations, boasting the largest publicly available whisk(e)y collection in the Western Hemisphere with more than 2,700 different expressions. Thomas is considered one of the foremost authorities on whiskey in the United States and is an avid personal collector.
